Booking Policies

Deposits:

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total price of the service.
  • Deposits are not transferable

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

  • Appointments can only be rescheduled 48 hours or more before the time of your appointment.
  • Appointments can be rescheduled one time if cancelled, and the deposit can only be held for 3 months after cancellation. After 3 months, the deposit will be forfeited. 
  • No Call/No Show: if a client does not show up to an appointment, we reserve the right to charge 100% for the desired service. Clients with repeat no-shows risk being blocked from making future appointments.

Late Policy:

  • We understand that emergencies happen and do offer a 15 minutes grace period. However, after 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited, and the full value of the service will be charged.

Guest Policy:

  • Our space is small and we want to make sure that we can comfortably accommodate you and your guests who are waiting for their appointments.

Style-Specific Information:

  • COLOR SERVICES: we require a color consultation before booking the appointment. During the consultation, your stylist can determine exactly what it is that you want and if/how it can be achieved, inform you of the final price, and the timeframe of the appointment.
  • CONSULTATION SERVICE: This is a consultation only. Additional styling and services need to be scheduled separately and may not be available on the same day. For the best consultation experience, please arrive with your hair washed and detangled with little to no product. We’ll complete the consultation and provide product recommendations with a small sample demonstration.
  • HAIRCUTS: We offer dry and wet haircuts. For dry cuts, please arrive with your hair dry and detangled with little to no product. We’ll complete the consultation, cut your hair, then proceed to the styling portion. For wet cuts, there is no need to prepare beforehand. Your hair will be washed, cut, and then styled. We want to make sure our clients are 100% happy with our services; therefore, if you have any concerns, we will gladly adjust and fine-tune any haircuts you receive within 2 weeks of the original service.   • DETANGLING: Please make sure there are no braids, locs, or twists in the hair before your appointment. Extremely tangled hair will have an additional $80/hour detangling fee depending on how long it takes to complete the service.
