Booking Policies
- A $50+tax nonrefundable deposit is required when an appointment is made. The deposit will be deducted from the total price of the service. Appointment can be rescheduled more than 48 hours before you’re the time of your appointment.
- Any cancellations after the 48 hours is Non Refundable.
- Appointment can be only rescheduled only one time if cancelled, and deposit can only be held for 3 months after cancellation or deposit will be lost.
- No Show/ No Call: if a client does not show up to his appointment, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service and could potentially be blocked from our site and can’t make a future appointment due to No Show.
- Deposit are not Transferable.
- Late Policy: we understand that emergencies happen and do offer a 15 minutes’ grace period, however, after 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited and the full value of the service will be charged.
- No Extra Guest: Our space is really small and we want to make sure that we can comfortably accommodate you and your guests who are waiting for their appointments.
- For color service is mandatory to book color consultation before you book the color service. This will allow the stylist to determine exactly what it is that you want and if/how it can be achieved, to inform you the final price, how long it will take.
CONSULTATIONS ONLY: This is a consultation only, additional styling and services need to be scheduled separately and may not be available on the same day. For the best consultation, experience, please arrive with your hair washed, detangled with little to no product. We’ll complete the consultation, provide some product recommendation with a small sample demonstration.
HAIRCUTS: We are currently offering both Dry or Wet haircuts. For Dry cuts, please arrive with your hair dry and detangled with little to no product. We’ll complete the consultation and cut first and then proceed to the styling portion. For wet cuts, there is no need to prepare beforehand. Your hair will be washed, cut, and then styled.
We want to make sure our clients are 100% happy with our services, however, if you have any concerns, we will gladly adjust and fine-tune any haircuts you receive within 2 weeks of the original service. DETANGLING: Please make sure there are no braids, locs, or twists in the hair before your appointment. extremely tangled hair will have an additional $30 detangling fee depending on how long it takes.
